Our first batch of jewellery is on it's way to America! The women have been learning so quickly and seeming to have fun making the jewellery. They come early and stay late; I am loving their strong work ethic (and their smiles and giggles even though I don't know what they're laughing about due to the language barrier!) We have already found out that the women are working less at night as their income begins to be replaced by the work they do with us. I am feeling encouraged by this victory!
